Online Help – FAQs, video tutorials, indexed documentation, a searchable knowledgebase – you'll be able to access them all any time in our password-protected Client Services section.
System Updates – Our team of programmers is constantly updating and developing our systems to keep up with changing technology. When you renew annually, you'll automatically receive all software enhancements and upgrades. We also encourage you to offer suggestions for improvements or new features.
Ongoing Communication – Constructive two-way communication is a key to our success and yours. In addition to enabling your communication with Allegiance, we strive to keep you informed in a variety of ways:
- Client Advocate – Once your new Allegiance system has been installed, our Client Communications and Training Manager will contact you on a regular basis to ensure you and your station are gaining the most out of your Allegiance experience.
- Customer Service Surveys – You'll receive a survey after the first six months and every year after that.
- Tip Sheets – "Allegiance Live" contains pointers, reminders and time-saving advice and will arrive in your in box every month.

Training
You can only optimize the benefits of your system if you know everything it can do for you. That's why we provide the best initial and ongoing training in the industry. More
Initial Training – Before you even begin using your Allegiance system, we'll be at your station to train you and your people for four to five days. And, since our programmers will have already converted your data, you will be trained using information that's familiar and makes sense.
Ongoing Training – You and your staff might forget some things after we're gone, or you might need to hire new people who aren't familiar with the system. No worries. We offer personal, on-site training and training seminars at our facility.
