Seamless Data Transfer

  • Seamless integration means there is no need to import a file from an external system or explain to an outside source what is accepted as valid data.
  • All transactions and data entered via the web or by volunteers using the browser-based entry are stored in a verification file until they are reviewed and approved by your staff prior to acceptance into the Allegiance database.

  • The Donation Tracker allows you to set goals with any criteria such as "60 pledges of $30 or more in the next 15 minutes".
  • Instantaneous on-screen reports for challenge-matching countdowns.
  • Add excitement to the studio and motivate your viewers or listeners by setting a bell to ring each time a pledge is made on your web page.
  • Goals can be changed as often as you like for special challenges and short term goals.

Web-Based Campaign Reports

A robust email management system with an HTML editor integrates with the Fundraising System segmentation, merge capabilities and subscription groups for personalized targeted e-solicitations and e-newsletters. The same targeted, proven-practice techniques so successful in direct mail and telemarketing can be applied to the web without the need for programmers or even web master involvement.

  • Create polished HTML emails on the built-in editor.
  • Use templates for quick and easy branded e-newsletters and other e-communications.
  • Insert hyperlinks, merge fields and an unsubscribe link anywhere in the email.

These payment solutions are designed to securely store credit card and ACH data in complinace with PCI standards. They eliminate the need to store credit card data on your server and ease the burden of PCI Compliance for your organization.
