Appended Data

Appended Data allows the addition and integration of any demographic, psychographic or geographic data.

  • Electronically appends data from an outside research firm to your account records.
  • Appended data fields can contain customized information including dollar amounts, counts, and alpha/numeric data providing a high degree of flexibility.
  • Allows you to collect your own data and "append" it into the donor/prospect record.
  • Enhances your ability to identify prospects who have the potential to make gifts.
  • Appended data is easily accessible from the main account screen.
  • User-defined valid codes are created and stored in a table.
  • When a code is entered, the description fills in automatically.
  • If no code is entered, the valid codes are displayed.
  • Maintain data on corporate prospects with fiscal year, number of employees, gross/net profits, etc.
  • Interfaces with other Allegiance modules and systems and integrates the appended data with the existing Allegiance fields for segmentation and reporting.

For example, stations may choose to store the lifestyle categories and net worth on individual donors in the Fundraising system while storing the number of employees and gross sales revenues for corporations in the Traffic system.
  • Creates reports detailing donor information as well as appended data information on any segments.
