Mark joined Allegiance, then Dakota Computer Professionals, as co-owner shortly after his 1977 graduation from Moorhead State University (now called Minnesota State University), Moorhead, MN, with a B.A. in Computer Science. Mark's education is in system design and analysis, however his real passion is marketing. His vision and determination provide the guiding force behind Allegiance as it continues to grow and evolve. Mark's areas of expertise are human resources, marketing, and financial planning. Mark says "I feel very fortunate to be surrounded by such loyal, customer service oriented employees."; Recently, Mark and his wife Sonja fulfilled a lifelong dream of building their own lake home, doing much of the work themselves. One of Mark's mottos is "work hard, play hard."
