After graduating from Valley City State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Jed moved to Fargo to work in the Accounting industry. A few years later, in 2006, he moved into the Customer Service and Support world working for Microsoft to support their software users. Jed says, "I enjoy being in support because I love working with all different kinds of people to help them with their problems." Jed loves to hunt and fish and enjoys being outdoors in the summer. He's also a big music fan and enjoys going to live concerts.
